Returns & Exchanges
GOLD HINGE RETURN POLICY
- Items can be sent back for STORE CREDIT or EXCHANGE only. Refunds will NOT be given.
- All items must be unworn and unwashed with the original tags attached.
- Eligible items can be sent back/exchanged within 30 days of the date in which the order was delivered.
- NO RETURNS will be accepted on garments with stains. This includes makeup or deodorant stains; please be aware of this when first trying items on. Please wear undergarments when trying items on.
RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT
- Returns for store credit can be done in our return portal at the link below. All returns for store credit must meet the conditions from above.
- The cost of the return shipping label ($5.95) will be deducted from the store credit amount when the return is processed.
- USPS return labels are sent via e-mail or can be downloaded from the last page in the portal after the return request is submitted.
EXCHANGES
- Exchanges can be done in our return portal at the link below. All exchanges must meet the conditions from above.
- EXCHANGES are only offered for the same item in a different size or color.
- Customers are allowed ONE FREE exchange per order.
- Exchanges will be processed once we receive the customer's return. We cannot guarantee that we will have the requested size/style in stock. Once we receive the returned item(s), the new exchange order is automatically created and the customer will receive a shipping notification via email.
- There is no need to re-order new sizes for exchanges. Orders placed before exchange is processed will not be refunded.
- Exchanges are valid for all U.S. orders ONLY and DO NOT apply to international orders.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
- Returns on international orders can be accepted, however, the customer is responsible for obtaining and purchasing their own shipping return label. International customers should reach out via our support email (support@goldhingeboutique.com) to request a return.
SALE TAB/SITE-WIDE SALES/WAREHOUSE SALE/HOLIDAY SALES
- ALL ITEMS under our SALE tab are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Items purchased during the following storewide sales are ineligible for return OR exchange and are FINAL SALE: Warehouse Sales, Black Friday/Cyber Monday Sales, Flash Sales, Holiday Sales (e.g. 5 Days of Gold Hingemas) and BOGO Sales. Orders placed during these sales CANNOT be Cancelled or Changed/Edited.
PRE-ORDER ITEMS
- Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks for pre-order items to ship. More specific lead times will be included in the product description for the specific item(s). If other items are included in your pre-order item order, these will NOT ship until the pre-order item arrives at our warehouse; the entire order will be shipped together.
